Job Description:
The TeamAdvanced Process Solutions is an organization focused on process automation tools and technologies for Fidelity's critical business processes and driving significant improvements in those processes - both local to individual businesses and cross-enterprise.
This role is a key driver in matching the ideal process improvement tools and techniques to individual process optimization opportunities.
We are looking for a Senior Systems Support Analystbased inSalt Lake City, Utahand will provide customer support and project management regarding technical issues and projects aligned to the XTRAC Suite of applications.
Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for deployment, monitoring, testing, and troubleshooting of customer environments.
The Expertise You Have (The order of these bullets do not matter)Bachelors' Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with Linux operating environment required.

years previous customer support experience required.
The Skills You Bring Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Your ability to solve and resolve difficult, technical problems is required.
Your ability to work in a team-oriented environment is a must.
You will need to bring solid project management skills.
Client/Server Application Support a plus.

years' experience writing Oracle SQL queriesExperience with Microsoft Office tools required.
Application Administration or support experience preferred.
Linux systems administration experience is a plusThe Value You DeliverYou will serve as single point of contact for our customersYou will be asked to Investigate and troubleshoot incidents raised by customersYou will assist XTRAC Application Administrators with workflow related questions, requests, and issuesYou will provide project planning and managementYou will be asked Produce weekly status reports as well as provide business context analysis of feature enhancementsYou will capture and document end-user requirementsYou will be expected to represent the customer when designing new software featuresYou will participate in an on-call rotation and provide 24x7 support.
